  1. I’­ve be­en fol­lo­wing your blog for a while now, and this post re­al­ly hit home. I’­ve be­en strugg­ling wi­th the who­le »Rau­cher, Bei­ne, Ecke« di­lem­ma mys­elf, espe­ci­al­ly when try­ing to im­ple­ment the Ro­cket Goal frame­work. It’s one thing to read about the­se con­cepts in theo­ry, but see­ing them ap­pli­ed in such a prac­ti­cal way makes so much mo­re sen­se now. The way you ex­plain how to ap­proach each sce­na­rio dif­fer­ent­ly ba­sed on whe­ther you’­re deal­ing wi­th a smoker’s cor­ner or a la­dies’ sec­tion is exact­ly what I nee­ded to hear.
