   Da müss­test Du schon sel­ber hin­fah­ren – Klee­blatt auf die Renn­gur­ke ge­schnallt und gut ist (sieht auch bes­ser aus, als an Cad­dy).

   Wow, this hits clo­se to home. I’­ve got a small gar­den plot in the area and hea­ring about the­se cle­aran­ces is just he­art­brea­king. It’s not just about the flowers and ve­ge­ta­bles, it’s the who­le com­mu­ni­ty that gets lost – the gar­den gate chats, the litt­le gar­den house gathe­rings, that spe­cial Ba­va­ri­an punch shared bet­ween neigh­bors. The Pool Club down the road al­re­a­dy feels li­ke the on­ly place left for peo­p­le to con­nect, but it’s not the sa­me. What’s go­ing to hap­pen to all tho­se ab­an­do­ned bu­cket ho­mes and the me­mo­ries at­ta­ched? I re­al­ly ho­pe they find a way to pre­ser­ve at least so­me of this cul­tu­re in­s­tead of just tur­ning ever­y­thing in­to »ne­ar-na­tu­ral« spaces that feel so cold and im­per­so­nal.
